Bentonite Clay

I love products that are inexpensive, natural, and have multiple uses. Bentonite Clay is one of those products. It usually comes in two different forms. One is for internal use, and the other external. I keep the internal liquid version in my medicine cabinet. And the external version in the bathroom. The clay forms naturally from volcanic ash and has remarkable absorbing qualities.

Whenever someone in the house starts to feel ill, I always recommend them to drink a glass of water with 2 tablespoons of liquid bentonite clay mixed in. The clay when used internally, will pull toxins out of the body. But you must drink a lot of water so that it can distribute properly throughout your colon and grab all of the bad stuff. Another use for the liquid is to mix into your pets drinking water. It works great at helping to control parasite activity in both animals and humans. Just be careful not to overdo it!

It gets really fun when you discover the many EXTERNAL uses of the bentonite clay powder. This other use seems too good to be true. Luckily if you’re a skeptic, it is very inexpensive to purchase and try out for yourself. You can purchase it anywhere from $6.00 and up at your local health food store or on the internet. Mix the external powder form Bentonite Clay with some water and put anywhere on your body, including hair and scalp. I did this about a week ago all over my neck and shoulders as well. You can literally FEEL the clay sucking the toxins out fo your skin! It starts to feel tight and a bit itchy. Once you rinse it away, your are left with skin so soft you start to wonder if your skin EVER felt this soft. It seems to take years off of the face and neck as well. I saw an instant firming effect in all areas I applied it to.

I had a lot of fun experimenting with the different uses of this incredible natural clay. It comes from the earth, it’s 100% natural, it’s loaded with minerals. What more can I say? GO out and get yourself some!!!
