Here is a fun masque recipe loaded with nutrients to invigorate and nourish dull lifeless skin…
I just made this masque this morning for a friend. The aromas of fresh cucumber and ginger will make you swoon! Her skin had a soft dewy glow afterwards. And I cannot wait to try out the leftovers tonight on myself ❤ Meanwhile, mine is chillin in the fridge!
Add the ingredients below to your blender and blend on high until smooth~
1. Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
2. 2 Tablespoons Plain Yogurt
3. 1-2 Ounces Irish Seaweed (Soaked for 8 hours, then rinse and add to Masque)
4. 1 1/2 Tablespoons Coconut Milk
5. 1/4 of a Medium Cucumber (peeled)
6. 1/4 Cup Fresh Young Thai Coconut Meat
1. Small piece (1/2 inch) of Fresh Peeled Ginger Root
Blend Ingredients in your blender for 2-3 minutes. Masque will be consistency of pudding. Add more seaweed if necessary to thicken. The Seaweed will thicken masque nicely. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer prior to use.
You can lather this masque on all over your body. Rub it into the skin in circular motions. Allow it to set for at least 10 minutes before removing with a warm wash cloth, or in the shower.
